Shop Terms

Mawahib Needlecraft operates as an artisan studio. Many pieces are made to order, customized after consultation, or produced in small batches, so our terms reflect atelier workflow rather than commodity retail.

1. Bespoke Nature of Goods

Handmade work includes natural variation.

Products marked as bespoke, custom, or made to order are handcrafted specifically for the client. Minor variation in embroidery placement, thread shade, fabric grain, and finishing is part of authentic Moroccan craft and is not treated as a defect.

2. Approval and Cancellation

Production starts once the brief or quotation is approved.

For custom briefs, work begins after the client approves the consultation outcome and any related quotation or deposit. Cancellation is only accepted within 24 hours of payment unless required by law.

3. Returns and Refunds

Bespoke orders are not returnable for change-of-mind reasons.

Bespoke or personalized goods are exempt from ordinary change-of-mind returns. Returns or repair requests are only accepted for structural faults, clear production errors, or shipping damage verified by our atelier.

4. Lead Times

Lead times are estimates, not factory guarantees.

Product and quotation lead times are estimated from artisan workload, fabric sourcing, finishing, and shipping conditions. We will communicate any material delay through the consultation thread, quotation thread, or customer email.

5. Care and Color

Display color and fabric behavior may vary.

Screen rendering, lighting, dye lots, and natural fibers can affect the appearance of a finished piece. Care instructions should be followed to preserve embroidery integrity and textile finish.

6. Contact

Questions should stay inside the consultation or order thread.

The fastest route for custom work is the consultation brief at /custom. This keeps artwork references, measurements, and revision history attached to the same Odoo CRM or quotation record.
